It’s time to celebrate another great season of Outlaw Truck and Tractor Pulling! We invite our entire OTTPA family to join us at the 2026 Outlaw Truck and Tractor Pulling Association Annual Banquet at Margaritaville Lake Resort in Osage Beach, Missouri, on Friday, November 20 and Saturday, November 21, 2026.

The annual banquet is more than an awards ceremony it’s a chance to come together with fellow competitors, families, promoters, sponsors, officials, and friends to celebrate the accomplishments of the 2026 season, recognize those who made it special, and look ahead to another exciting year of pulling. Whether you’re receiving an award, supporting your team, working with OTTPA, or simply coming to enjoy the weekend, we want you there!

RSVPs are required, so please make your plans early. Please note, if you are unable to attend, please arrange for someone to represent your team by walking across the stage to collect your award and prize money.

• Room Rate: $161.00 per night (Suites are available at an additional cost, inquire when making reservation)
• Dinner reservation deadline: November 9, 2026

• Dinner reservations are locked in as of November 9th. Due to hotel regulations, attendees will be responsible for dinner charges after that date, regardless of attendance. There will be no refunds or exceptions.

Saturday Banquet Dress Attire:
We encourage everyone attending the OTTPA Banquet to dress up and make the evening a special one! Formal or semi-formal attire is encouraged, but there’s no need to go full black tie. Come dressed to celebrate the accomplishments of our members, competitors, and the entire OTTPA family. We look forward to seeing everyone looking their best and enjoying a great evening together.

 Voting:
This year, we’re making voting for our 2026 awards easier. Instead of mailing paper ballots back and forth, you can now vote online in just a couple minutes. Go to https://outlawpulling.com/2026Voting to cast your ballot. We want to make sure the people and pulls that earned it get the recognition they deserve, so don’t skip this one!

Friday Night Welcome Reception:
Friday night there will be a Welcome Reception for all banquet attendees. A cash bar and appetizers will be available with live music starting at 8:00pm. Delton with Diesel Power Plus, will be set up with official OTTPA merchandise with some special banquet pricing. Saturday night, they will have T-shirts, hoodies & hats available for sale during the banquet as well.

Auction Donations:
The annual OTTPA Scholarship Auction is an important part of our banquet and helps support the OTTPA Scholarship Program. Please notify Lori Bauer at lorijeanbauer@yahoo.com or 515-370-0331 of any auction donations that you would like to donate by November 9, 2026.

 2027 Memberships:
You can sign up and pay for your 2027 membership during the General Meeting. We are offering an early payment discount for memberships paid at that time. It is highly recommended that you take advantage of this discount and get your membership paid early.

Banquet Weekend Agenda

Friday, November 20^th

10:00 am – 12:00 pm 1:00 pm – 4:00pm	Board Meeting: Parasol II Room – Board Member attendance is required in the. Discussion on proposed rules from class reps, & vote on what rules the class reps can bring back to the class meeting to vote on.
1:00 pm – 5:00 pm	BOWLING TOURNAMENT: Get a team together and reserve your lane at the Fin City Bowling Alley. There will be limited lanes available. The Bakers Game consists of 4-5 on a team, depending on how many lanes are reserved. The charge is $100.00 per team, and ½ goes to scholarship, ½ will go to the winning team. Contact Jamie at 402-640-9644 to reserve your team lane. Look at the flyer included for further information.
4:30 pm – 5:30 pm	OTTPA Promoter Meeting: Parasol II Room – Presentation and discussion led by OTTPA leadership with 2026/2027 promoters.
5:30 pm – 7:00 pm	Young Gun Social: Windgate 63 – Ballots for the open Board position must be cast by 6:30 pm; logistics are TBD. The Young Guns will meet in a room to determine where pop and snacks will be served.
5:30 pm – 6:30 pm	Promoter and Sponsor Reception: Parasol 1 Ballroom – Promoters and sponsors must check in at the table by the door to receive your drink tickets. This reception is restricted to promoters and sponsors.
7:00 pm – 12:30 am	Attendee Reception & Entertainment: Paradise A Grand Ballroom – Welcome Reception for all banquet attendees. The bar opens at 7 pm, with live music & dance at 8 pm. Live music will be provided by The High Bank Boys. *Sponsored by Thunder in Valley from Rock Valley, Board Members from Thunder by The River, The Outlaw Sled – Doug & Carol, Kevin & Lori, and The Rock Sled – Gary Sobotka.

Saturday, November 21^st

8:00 – 8:50	Holganix Breakfast: Paradise B Ballroom – Breakfast and presentation provided by Holganix for pullers. Please plan to attend and learn more about what Holganix can do for you.
9:00 am – 10:00 am	Morning General Meeting: Paradise C Ballroom – Welcome, sponsor introductions, and review of the 2026 season and then look ahead to 2027 changes.
10:00 am – 12:00 pm	Class Breakout Sessions: Classes will break into groups for discussion and rules voting. When done break for Lunch. – *Note – lunch is on your own.
12:00 pm – 3:00 pm	Board Meeting: Parasol II Room – All board members meet to review and finalize class rules. Lunch will be provided to board members.
3:00 pm – 3:30 pm	Afternoon General Meeting: Paradise C Ballroom – Rules will be announced.
4:30 – 5:15 pm	Social Hour: Banquet Room
5:15 pm	Banquet Welcome & Open Ceremonies
5 :30 pm	Prayer / Banquet Dinner
6:30 pm	Awards Ceremony (If you are receiving an awards check, you must have a representative walk across the stage.)
8:00 pm	OTTPA Scholarship Auction
