2024 OTTPA Banquet Info
It’s time! Plan to attend the 2024 annual Outlaw banquet at the Margaritaville Lake Resort in Osage Beach, Missouri, on Friday, November 22nd, and Saturday, November 23rd. RSVPs are essential. The housing reservation deadline is October 18, 2024. The dinner reservation deadline is November 11, 2024. Dinner accommodations will be locked in as of November 11th, and members will incur charges for those reservations regardless of attendance, as the hotel regulations do not permit changes past the denoted deadline. There will be NO REFUNDS –NO EXCEPTIONS.

Friday, November 22nd
2:00 pm – 4:30 pm Class Rules: Board Member attendance is required. Discussion on proposed rules from class reps, & vote on what rules the class reps can bring back to the class meeting to vote on
1:00 pm – 5:00 pm BOWLING TOURNAMENT: Get a team together and reserve your spot on a lane. There are limited Lanes available. The Bakers Game consists of 4-5 on a team, depending on how many lanes I can reserve. The charge is $100.00 per team, and ½ goes to scholarship ½ will go to the winning team. 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm Election and Young Gun Social: Ballots for the open Board position must be cast by 6:30 pm; logistics are TBD. The Young Guns will meet in the bowling alley, where pop and snacks will be served.
5:30 pm – 6:30 pm Promoter and Sponsor Reception: Promoters and sponsors must check in at the table by the door to receive the reception packet (e.g., drink tickets). This reception is restricted to promoters and sponsors. Members can enjoy the fantastic local dining spots or the hotel restaurant. All are encouraged to return to socialize and dance in the Grand Ballroom at 7:00 PM!!!
7:00 pm – 12:30 am Entertainment: Grand Ballroom. The bar opens at 7 pm, Live Music & Dancing at 8 pm. *Sponsored by Thunder in Valley from Rock Valley, Board Members from Thunder by The River, The Outlaw Sled – Doug & Carol, Kevin & Lori, and Gary Sobotka.
Saturday, November 23rd
10:00 am – 10:45 am General Meeting: Welcome and Sponsor Introductions and Information
Dave Nelson reviews the 2024 season – and then looks ahead to 2025 changes.
10:45 am – 12:30 pm Class Breakout Sessions: Discussion and rules vote.
Break for Lunch – *Note – lunch is on your own.
12:30 pm – 3:30 pm Board Meeting: All Board Members Meet to Finalize Class Rules. Lunch is provided to Board Members. *Note: Members must reference their Outlaw Rule Book; copies will not be provided.
3:30 pm – 4:00 pm General Assembly: Rules will be announced – Location to be determined.
6:00 pm Prayer
6:15 pm Banquet Dinner
7:00 pm Awards Ceremony
8:00 pm Scholarship presentations and Auction

Hospitality Room | Grand Ballroom
Friday night there will be a cash bar and appetizers. Delton will be set up to do some Christmas shopping.
Saturday night, Delton will have t-shirts, hoodies & hats available for sale during the banquet.
Everyone is encouraged to attend the banquet. If you cannot attend, please arrange for someone to represent your team and collect your award and prize money.
We will be offering a discount again this year. A second driver on the vehicle will pay half-price for the competition license fee and full price for the insurance.
