2022 Rule Change Process

Reminder any/all rule change proposals MUST be submitted to your class representative no later than Sept 19th (Spencer, IA pull).   Proposals must be in writing with all appropriate reasoning and drawings or descriptions.

Once all proposals are gathered, class representative will send them out to all class members.

There will be no surprise rule change proposals accepted at the banquet meetings!
