Official Rules of the OTTPA Superfan Contest Sponsored by Case IH

Sweepstakes and Entry Periods

The OTTPA Superfan Experience Contest sponsored by Case IH (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on June 1, 2025, and ends on October 31, 2025, at 11:59:59 ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The OTTPA Superfan Contest Grand Prize drawing will be conducted on November 7, 2025. One (1) entrant age 18 years or older will be chosen. Entry end date is October 31, 2025, at 11:59:59 ET.

Administrator and Sponsor

The administrator of the OTTPA Superfan Experience Contest is the Outlaw Truck and Tractor Pulling Association (OTTPA). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by CNH Industrial America LLC (“Case IH Agriculture”). Eligibility

Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal, living residents, and physically located in the f ifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of registration (the “Entrant”). Employees, contractors, or board of directors’ members of the OTTPA or their blood relatives, spouses, or those living as a member of the employee’s, contractor’s, or board of director’s household are not eligible for this Sweepstakes. Additionally, employees, contractors, or board of directors’ members of CNH Industrial America LLC, CNH Industrial Capital America LLC, or any Case IH or other CNH-branded dealership are not eligible for this Sweepstakes.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, LICENSED, OR RESTRICTED, AS WELL AS IN PUERTO RICO, AND OVERSEAS UNITED STATES TERRITORIES, POSSESSIONS, COMMONWEALTHS, AND MILITARY INSTALLATIONS.

All winner information and eligibility will be reviewed prior to the declaration of any Official Winners. In the event that an entry is deemed invalid, a discrepancy is found, or the winner cannot be located based upon the contact information submitted, an alternate shall be used in place of the ineligible or un-locatable winner. In the event that the winner does not wish to receive a prize, refuses or fails to provide verification information, or does not promptly respond to the initial contact by the OTTPA, that winner may be deemed ineligible and an alternate may be used. If it is determined that an alternate will be used, the winner that was deemed invalid will forfeit any prizes associated with the Sweepstakes. The promptness and degree of reasonableness of efforts to locate a winner or of any decision to deem a winner ineligible based upon these rules shall be at the sole discretion of the OTTPA. Alternates will be used in the order in which they were selected (i.e., alternate one (1) will be used f irst, alternate two (2) second, and so on) as vacated spots become available. Verification of all information must be presented by a potential winner to claim any prize.

How to Enter

Entry must be completed through https://outlawpulling.com/superfan-experience-contest by October 31, 2025, at 11:59:59 ET to participate in at least one of the drawings.

By successfully transmitting a completed online entry form, with the appropriate information as directed, each participant will be entered into the Sweepstakes. Only one entry per person, per event is allowed; multiple entries will be disqualified.

All entries received will be included in all drawings.

Prizes

The winners of the Sweepstakes drawings will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received. All winners will be announced on the “Outlawed Live” podcast and posted on the OTTPA website after announcement in accordance with the aforementioned drawing schedule. Odds of winning a weekly prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries entered into the Sweepstakes by the time of that drawing; the odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries entered into the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winners drawn and verified will be declared the official winners of the OTTPA Superfan Experience Contest drawings.

OTTPA Superfan Contest Grand Prize

The sole Grand Prize will be: one (1) new Case IH 25sc subcompact tractor and one (1) check in the amount of USD $4,000 made payable to the Winner with a combined retail value as of the date of posting these Official Rules of USD $26,953. Winner will be subject to verification, including verification of age. Grand Prize is nontransferable. No prize substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except at the sole discretion of Sponsors. Differences in value of the Prizes stated herein and at time of prize notification, if any, will not be awarded. If a Prize cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsors reserve the right to award a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state, or local taxes and any registration, license, fees and/or costs related to prize acceptance and/or use are the winner’s exclusive responsibility.

Prize Claim

The Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, within fourteen (14) days of initial notification. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize and the selection of an alternate winner. Sponsors will deliver the Grand Prize to the winner’s local Case IH dealership within ninety (90) days of winner’s prize notification and winner must pick up the Grand Prize from such dealership. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of mailing address and/or telephone number of Entrants. If the Grand Prize is returned designated as “undeliverable”, no alternate prize will be awarded, no other contact will be attempted by Sponsor, and the Grand Prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Entrants acknowledge and agree that in order to receive the Grand Prize, including the $4,000 check, Case IH may elect to present the Grand Prize and check to Winner at a publicized presentation ceremony at the Case IH dealership and Winner must participate in the ceremony in order to finally receive the Grand Prize. However, Sponsors reserve the right not to hold such ceremony.

General Rules

All prizes shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the OTTPA. Entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements defined in these Official Rules are not eligible to win.

The winner(s) will be responsible for any taxes associated with this prize. Federal, State, and Local taxes are the sole responsibility of the applicable drawing winners. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued by the OTTPA to each applicable winner. All federal, state, and local laws, applicable taxes, and regulations apply.

Acceptance of the prize constitutes express permission for the OTTPA and Case IH and its agencies as set forth in the Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability / Publicity Release to use the prize winners’ name and/or likeness worldwide, in perpetuity, for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, notification, or permission unless prohibited by law, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised. Further, by accepting a prize, each winner agrees to hold the OTTPA and Case IH, any of its employees, owners, directors, officers, affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, assignees, and agents, absolutely harmless against any and all claims and/or liability arising out of the ownership and/or use of a prize. Each prize winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in the Sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize. The OTTPA makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind concerning any prize (or any portion thereof) and disclaims any implied warranty. By participating in the Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants: a) agree that these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor shall be final and binding in all respects, b) agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, Entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Wisconsin without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, c) consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Racine, Wisconsin, and d) release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, agencies, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and the officers, directors, agents, employees and retailers of each of the foregoing, from any and all liabilities, claims, loss, damages or injuries of any kind arising from or incurred in connection with Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, and/or the acceptance, possession or use of the Grand Prize awarded, or participation in prize-related activities. Entrant acknowledges and agrees that any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs, and under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain an award for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages. Further, Entrant agrees that all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

Prizes are non-transferable to any other person, including relatives or friends. Fulfillment of the prize will occur using the aforementioned outline.

The Official Rules of the OTTPA Superfan Contest sponsored by Case IH are available for review and may be amended or revised at any time at the sole discretion of the OTTPA.

The OTTPA, at its discretion, reserves the right to select and/or change the prize(s) to be awarded as part of this Sweepstakes or end the Sweepstakes prior to all prize winners being drawn.

Internet Conduct and Limitations of Liability

Any attempt by a user, participant, or any other individual to deliberately damage the Sweepstakes website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes, is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the OTTPA reserves the right to seek the prosecution of and/or damages from any such person or persons as permitted by law. Furthermore, such a person may be excluded from the Sweepstakes. Neither the OTTPA nor Case IH, any of its employees, owners, directors, officers, affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, assignees, and agents are responsible for late, or incomplete or misdirected entries, or responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by the website, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes. Neither the OTTPA nor Case IH, any of its employees, owners, directors, officers, affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, assignees, and agents are responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes, which may include without limitation, inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet, the website or any combination thereof; theft or destruction or unauthorized access of the website; any injury or damage to the participants or to any other person’s computer(s) or smartphone related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes, or downloading materials from or use of the website.
